Levi
Finland's premier alpine resort — World Cup slalom and fells.
— Journey —
Jet to Kittilä · 15 min drive
Levi is Finland's foremost ski resort, rising above the village of Sirkka in Kittilä — reached by FFGR Jets directly to Kittilä Airport, fifteen minutes from the slopes. The resort hosts the Alpine Ski World Cup slalom each November, opening the international winter calendar. FFGR Finland coordinates ski-in chalet stays, private off-piste guiding across the treeless fell, aurora snowmobile expeditions into the Lainio wilderness, and the famous LumiLinna ice hotel and amethyst mine excursions at neighbouring Luosto. The polar night descends in December, the slopes lit against the dark; by March the sun returns and the spring skiing under blue skies is among the longest seasons in Europe.
